Revelation of the Word:
Revelation of the Word 27/10/2025 Admin
THEME: GOD OUR SOURCE
Exodus 15:1-3 NIV
“Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord: “I will sing to the Lord, for he is highly exalted. Both horse and driver he has hurled into the sea. “The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him. The Lord is a warrior; the Lord is his name.”
INSIGHT
–The song of Moses guided through the Israelites declare God as both the source of power and the reason for joy having delivered them from Pharaoh and the oppression in Egypt. It also reinforces God’s unchanging nature and covenant faithfulness who was faithful to Moses and revealed Himself earlier to him through the burning bush (Exodus 3:14–15). God as a divine warrior fights for justice and safety of His people. Psalms 121:5-6 reveals that God is our keeper, our shade at our right hand. He protects us from the scorching sun by day and the moon by night.
PRAYER
Lord You are our strength and our defense and have become our salvation. Lord You are our salvation; we put all our trust in You and will not be afraid. The sun shall not smite us by the night nor the moon by the night for You are our strength and defense; and have become our salvation. With joy we will draw water from the wells of salvation and give praise to You Lord, we proclaim Your name, make known among the nations what You have done, and proclaim that Your name is exalted. We sing to You Lord, for You have done glorious things which should be known to all the world. We love You Lord and exult Your holy name. Lord may You grant success to all the candidates undertaking their final exams and grant them victory. May You forgive us all our sins and iniquities and cleanse us with Your precious blood. May You provide for all our needs, deliver us from any form of oppression, prosper all our ways and hearts desires for You are faithful dear Lord Jesus. Your promises are yes and amen. We honor You Lord and give You praise, and it is in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen
Blessed Week
