THEME: WAIT ON GOD

Psalm 33:20-22 ESV

“Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you.”

INSIGHT

–God is good and His steadfast love endures forever, and His faithfulness to all generations. Jesus has saved us by His grace through faith and created good works for us beforehand that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:8-10). God calls us to wait upon Him for He has good plans for us, plans for prosperity and not for destruction, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

PRAYER

We thank You dear Lord Jesus for Your mercies are new this day for us. We enter Your gates with thanksgiving and in Your presence with praise. We lift up a great shout to You and worship You with gladness. Yahweh You are always Good to us and Your love endures forever. We count our blessings and name them one by one, this far it is You who has brought us and You are taking us to great heights. Thank You Lord for the plans You have for us, plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future, we exalt Your holy name. Lord You are so loving to us, You amaze us. Jesus You are so kind unto us, You astound us. Lord You are famous for Your faithfulness toward us. All creation praises You, all people know that You are a reliable God, we put all our trust in You. Lord You keep Your promises to every generation, we worship You. Lord You are not a man that You should lie or a son of man that You should repent but You are a promise keeping God. Your promises are yes and amen. You are a promise keeping God, we love You, thank You for loving us first. Amen
