Revelation of the Word:

THEME: BELIEVE IN GOD
Genesis 18:9-14 NKJV
“Then they said to him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” So he said, “Here, in the tent.” And He said, “I will certainly return to you according to the time of life, and behold, Sarah your wife shall have a son.” (Sarah was listening in the tent door which was behind him.) Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age; and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my Lord being old also?” And the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?’ Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.”
INSIGHT
-Sarah doubted God’s promise since she had grown old and had not gotten a child. She laughed within her heart and could not see the possibility of conceiving. Often times do we pray and doubt when the response takes longer than expected. The building of faith sometimes takes time, and it is developed through tests. James 1:3-4 states that, “the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.” The father of faith; Abraham and mother of faith; Sarah passed the test and produced fruit desirable before God and men. We are called to believe in God unreservedly and at the proper time we shall receive our reward, for nothing is too hard for the Lord.
PRAYER
We thank You dear Lord Jesus for getting us to this new month. We rejoice in You and declare that only You are worthy of our praise. We rejoice and again we shall rejoice in You. We have been hard-pressed on every side, but we have not been crushed. We have been perplexed, but have not despair. We have been persecuted but not forsaken. We have been struck down, but not destroyed. Thank You for You are fighting for us. Thank You for the joy that You are releasing unto us Holy Spirit. We shall continually rejoice in You. Thank You for the blessings that You are releasing unto us this month. Thank You Lord for You are Faithful to keep all Your promises unto us. We are blessed in the city, and in the country. The fruit of our bodies is blessed. Our produce is blessed. Our coming in and going out is blessed. Those who come out against us in one direction will flee in seven ways. We shall enjoy the fruits of our labour and abundance is our portion in Jesus name. The joy of the Lord is our strength, and we are moving from strength to strength, and glory to glory. All glory, honor, power and praise belongs to You Lord, now and forever. Amen
Blessed Wednesday
