THE WORD OF GOD THE WORD OF GOD
2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,... THE WORD OF GOD

2 Timothy 3:16-17

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

INSIGHT

-The word of God existed before time and was authored by the Holy Spirit. God speaks to us through His word. The Holy Spirit authors His word in our hearts and teaches us all things. The word of God is living and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). The word of God is the light that shines in us to expose every dark thing in us. It is our source of life and hope that yields light into everything, both living and dead. It also resurrects every dead situation in our lives. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin to bring forth correction and cleansing, righteousness to make us Christlike and judgement as our righteous Judge to make us complete in every good work; that each one of us has been mandated to do here on earth. Many people are passive about the word of God and do not know how to engage it and tap its full potential. The word of God is indeed a vital gift from God that brings us to the knowledge of God and makes us one with Christ through love, affection, unity, mercy and grace as we fellowship together with the Holy Spirit.

PRAYER

We praise You Abba Father for making us see this beautiful morning in good health and perfect peace. Only in Your peace that surpasses all understanding do we rely upon. You are our hope and strength, resuscitate every dead situation in our lives, families, nation and the entire world, we humbly implore You. Remove the tide of COVID-19 from the face of the earth merciful Father. Forgive us merciful Father and deliver us from all evil. Heal our hearts and deliver us from unforgiveness. You are our source of light, expose every dark thing from our hearts and the whole world. Heal all those who are sick merciful Father for by Your stripes we are healed. You are our source of life, give us abundant life that we may do every good work according to Your will. Remember each person reading this word that You may bless them and increase them according to the riches of Your glory Lord. Bring forth provision, sustenance, protection, deliverance, direction and favor upon each one. Thank You for the gift of life. Thank You for this far that You brought us and the far that You are taking us. Your mercies Lord are new every morning. Only You are holy, only You are Lord, only You are our God of grace. Open the eyes of our hearts that we may see You for who You really are. Open our hearts that we may receive Your word and let it be the source of life in us. Open the eyes of our understanding that we may gain hearts full of wisdom. We open our hearts to You Holy Spirit, dwell in us and equip us for every good work. Your grace is sufficient for us and Your power in perfected in weakness, fill our hearts with Your power we humbly implore You Holy Spirit. Many people and nations are yet to hear Your word, make it possible for them to receive You and grant them the gift of salvation. We are Your vessels designed for every good work, use us Holy Spirit according to Your divine will. We are Your disciples Jesus, empower us to preach Your gospel of truth to all the nations. Make us complete through Your love Jesus. We bless You and glorify Your holy name; now and forever. Amen

John 1:1-5

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”

INSIGHT

-The triune God existed before time and exists beyond time. He transcends space and time and cannot be contained therein. God the Father was there in the beginning where the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep. The Holy Spirit was there in the beginning and hovered over the face of the waters (Genesis 1:1-3). Jesus Christ was there in the beginning and everything was created through Him and without Him nothing was created. He is the Word of God. By His word He created the heavens and the earth, and everything that is in them. He first created the light by His word and became the Light of the world. At the end He will be only source of Light and there will be no need for the sun, the stars and the moon. In Him there is no darkness and through His word, He reveals light to men. He is the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. The Word became Man and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory. He is fully God and fully Man, and deserves to be worshipped and praised. He created man in His own image and likeness, and forms us daily through His word that we may become more like Him, in the nature of love. Through the word of God, Jesus Christ is revealed. When we were void and formless, He died for our sins and liberated us to the Father, that we may believe in Him and have eternal life. He calls us to trust in Him for He has good plans for our lives.

PRAYER

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last Lord, we praise You and worship You. You created the heavens and the earth, and all that is in them, we praise You and worship Your holy name. You were there in the beginning and without You nothing was made that was made, all glory and honor belongs to You Jesus. We call on You Jesus to be there in the beginning of our homes, lives, heart desires, relationships, marriages, children, jobs, businesses, studies, projects, nation and the entire world. Take preeminence in our live and everything that we are Jesus, we humbly ask You. Take away all our sorrows, burdens and pains dear Jesus and fill us with Your joy and peace. Enlighten our paths that we may be fruitful in all that You have called us to do. You are the Light of the world and give light to all men, be the light in us that casts out all darkness. You are the way, the truth and the life Jesus, form us in Your image and likeness of Truth everyday. Many among us do not believe in You Jesus Christ, form them in Your image and likeness that they may inherit Your heavenly Kingdom. At Your name Jesus, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus You are Lord to the glory of God the Father. Amen

Mark 7:11-13

“But you say, ‘If a man says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban”—’ (that is, a gift to God ), then you no longer let him do anything for his father or his mother, making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do.”

INSIGHT

-Traditions of men and some churches are contrary to the word of God. Jesus called the Pharisees and Sadducees hypocrites for they relied too much on traditions and did not receive His word. They rejected Jesus and His teaching, and accused Him of performing His great signs by Beelzebul; the prince of demons. Jesus called them brood of vipers for they could not hear His word nor let others come to Him. We know that vipers do not absorb water, which is symbolic to the word of God, but bite and release venomous poison for their prey to die slowly. It is then through traditions of men that we do not access and comprehend fully the word of God, and allow the Holy Spirit to impart in us His gifts and fruit. Traditions that form deep grooves in peoples minds hinder them from obeying God’s word. Overtime; habitual sins are warranted as too obvious that the word of God becomes of no effect. Like the true proverb, “A dog returns to his own vomit,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire” (2 Peter 2:22), people get too familiar with the word of God and go back to sin. God calls us to lay aside all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and evil speaking, as newborn babes and desire the pure milk of the word, that we may grow (1 Peter 2:1-3). God calls us to abide in His word that we heard from the beginning, that we may be transformed and enjoy the benefits of His saving grace.

PRAYER

Your arm Lord is not too short to save nor ear too dull to hear, hear our prayers dear Jesus and save us from our troubles. Forgive us all our sins loving Jesus, sins of our families, children, ancestors, leaders, nation and of the entire world, and remember them no more. Cleanse us by the washing with Your precious blood and establish Your word in our hearts. Loosen the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke of injustice from our nation, and save the poor. Break every yoke dear Jesus from our lives, families and nation and grant us rest. Break every yoke of oppression caused by COVID-19 and heal our nation and all the nations of the world. Restore our economy and all the economies of the world dear Jesus. Break every habitual sin and accusation against us dear Jesus. Break every yoke from our lives merciful Father and heal all our wounds. Help us to be obedient to Your word and follow Your will wholeheartedly. We depend on Your righteousness Jesus, teach us how to love You and our neighbors as ourselves. Teach us to do Your will Lord. May Your truth be found deep in our hearts. Teach us to abide in Your word that we heard from the beginning. Teach us how to love Holy Spirit. Our Father who art in heaven; hallowed be Your name; Your Kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptations but deliver us from evil; for thine is the Kingdom the power and the glory; forever and ever. Amen

1 Peter 1:22-25

“Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, because “All flesh is as grass, And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, And its flower falls away, But the word of the LORD endures forever.” Now this is the word which by the gospel was preached to you.”

INSIGHT

-The word of God describes our identity in Christ. We who believe in Jesus Christ and His word; have received Him into our hearts and He gives us the gift of salvation. We have been born of an incorruptible seed leading to obedience of His word; having been incorporated into the lineage of Christ as co-heirs with Him, that we may cry Abba Father. The Holy Spirit then testifies with our spirits that we are children of God and if we suffer with Him we will share in His glory. The glory of man withers like grass and falls like a flower but the word of God endures forever. We are then ambassadors of Christ called to proclaim His gospel in all the nations, for the glory of His name. The word of God endures forever and we are called to become His disciples and call many to believe in Him. If we are His disciples, we are in Christ, having been crucified with Him and it is no longer us who live, but Christ lives in us. We should therefore share in His nature of love and love one another fervently with pure hearts. We are called to demonstrate faith and works by remembering the less fortunate in our society and serving God through them. We should also remember that His promises revealed through His word are true and we are richly blessed, victorious, more than conquerors in Him and nothing can separate us from His love.

PRAYER

Abba Father we praise You and exult Your holy name. Only You are worthy to be praised, thank You for loving us. Thank You for sacrificing Your life by dying on the cross for our salvation. Thank You for Your gift of salvation upon us and all our descendants. Thank You for loving us first, we love You Jesus. Thank You for making us Your children. Remember all those who are yet to believe in You that You may make them a new creation in You. Touch every life that is not in You Jesus that they may hear Your voice and follow You. Only You are worthy to be glorified and praise. Remember all the sick among us that You may heal them all. Be with all the orphans, widows and widowers that You may reach them at their point of need. Be with all the street families that You may provide for them, protect them and restore their lives. Settle the hearts of the people of Tanzania dear Jesus as the mourn the loss of their leader. Remember us all with our families that You may bless us and increase us in all good things. Your word endures forever, we praise Your Jesus. Thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follows us all the days of our lives. The sun shall not smite us by day nor the moon by night. We are Your chosen people, Your royal priesthood, Your holy nation, Your special possession Lord, we praise Your name and lift You high. We declare that we shall succeed in all that we do. We shall be victorious in that You have called us to do Jesus. We shall not fail and every evil snare fashioned against us or accusation against us shall not succeed. We shall rejoice in You always because we belong to You Jesus. Thank You for loving us. All glory and honor belongs to You Jesus, now and forever. Amen

Matthew 4:3-4

“Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”

INSIGHT

-The word of God is a shield against temptations and a weapon that counters the snares of the devil. When Jesus was tempted, He quoted Deuteronomy 8:3 that says, “..that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.” When the devil found no room to defeat Jesus, he left Him and the angels came and ministered to Him. The word of God is the best route for us to flee from the devil and he will flee from us. The word of God is the living bread of life, we are called to rely on it every time. We are reminded to read and study the word of God so that we may grow spiritual and overcome temptations.

PRAYER

Almighty and Everlasting God we thank You for this beautiful day that You have given unto us. Thank You for Your mercy and grace upon our lives. We bless Your name Jesus for Your love and blessings upon our lives, families, children and nation. Remember all the students who are preparing to undertake their exams that You may grant them knowledge and wisdom to succeed in all the papers. Be with all those who are waiting on You Lord for their spouses that You may remember them; for Your word says that none shall lack a mate. Have mercy on all the broken families, relationships and marriages that You may intervene with Your divine love. Heal all those who are sick and restore their health merciful Jesus. Heal our hearts dear Jesus that it may be fertile soil to hear Your word and grow in us. Heal our business that we may proper, continue to prosper and become very prosperous like Your servant Isaac. Heal our economy merciful Father that we may bear much fruit for the glory of Your name. You have called us to love Jesus, give us the grace to love You and our neighbors as ourselves. May Your word gain root in us so that we may overcome all temptations for the glory and honor of Your name. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now and forever more. Amen

Philippians 2:14-16

“Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.”

INSIGHT

-After the Lord had delivered the Israelites from captivity in Egypt, they complained and murmured. They sighted difficulty in finding water and food, and change of diet. The Lord pronounced judgment upon them that none would enter the promised land. According to James 3:6, the tongue which is the means to murmuring is a fire and a world of iniquity. It defiles the whole body and sets on fire the course of nature and is set on fire by hell. The word of God thus exposes such complaining and gives life to the words of our mouth. The word of God has transforming power over all evil utterances and offers us guidance on what to say through edification and love, that we may not labor in vain but have eternal life. We are thus called to rejoice in the Lord always. To give thanks to Him in all circumstances and avoiding complaining and disputing, for this is His will.

PRAYER

Almighty Father we come before Your throne of Mercy this day declaring Your greatness and wonderful works. You made the heavens and the earth in glory and majesty. Yours Lord, is the greatness and the power. The glory, the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is Yours. Yours Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. We humbly ask You Jesus to forgive us for the many times we have complained, murmured, and caused dissensions and disputes among Your people. Forgive us all our sins and wash us with Your precious blood dear Jesus. If there is any cursing word that we have uttered against Your will for our lives, families, children, businesses, jobs, economy, prosperity, marriages and nation, we revoke it by the power of Your precious blood. We declare that we are blessed in Your name Jesus. We are prosperous in You Jesus. We shall succeed in all that we do for the glory of Your name. We are more that conquerors in You Jesus. Our land is blessed. Our children are mighty in the land. Our spouses are blessed. Our businesses and jobs are blessed. Our children will pass their final exams. Our economy is thriving by Your power Jesus. We shall not fail but succeed in everything that we do. We shall fulfil our mandates here on earth Jesus. No weapon fashioned against us shall prevail and no word that is raised against us in judgment will prosper in Your name Jesus. We are victorious in You Jesus. Fight for us all our battles Jesus for the battle belongs to You. May your Word dwell in us and May your light shine through us so that we may manifest your glory to the world. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen.

Psalms 119:105

“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.”

INSIGHT

The word of God is a source of light in all aspects of life and gives demonstration of everything that happened in the past, happens in the present and will occur in the future, both good and evil. We draw important lessons from the Old and the New Testament, as God reveals Himself to us. Through the sixty six books of the Bible, we gain knowledge, understanding and wisdom on how to live according to God’s will. The word of God also offers us direction through the various themes, stories, truths and parables, that draw us closer to Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:4 reveals that it is the god of this age who blinds the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. The devil captures the minds of some people and fills them with darkness that they cannot comprehend and believe in the true Light who is Christ. Job 24:13-16 discloses that those who rebel against the light do not know its ways or stay in its paths. At night murders rise up to kill the poor and needy, thieves break into houses to steal, and the eyes of the adulterers watch for the dusk hoping that no eye sees them. Jesus in the Light of world and reveals His light through the gospel. He calls us to believe in Him that we may be guided by the Holy Spirit in all things and find everlasting life. The light giving word counsels us, comforts us and gives us hope for a better future in Christ Jesus.

PRAYER

We give praise to You Lord our God, we proclaim Your name, and make known what You have done among the nations. We sing to You Lord our God, we sing praise to You and tell of all Your wonderful acts. We glory in Your holy name and rejoice in You. We look to You Lord and rely on Your strength and wisdom. We seek Your face always and the light of Your salvation. Your word Lord is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Thank You Jesus for You word that dispels all forms of darkness and draws us closer to You. You are the way, the truth and life, no one comes to the Father except through You Jesus, touch our lives, those of our family members, friends and all Your people, that all may find life in You Jesus. May Your salvation reach all peoples and nations, all over the world for the glory of Your name. Heal our all our hearts and remove everything that displeases You from our lives. Forgive us all our sins merciful Savior. Teach us to do Your will merciful Father. We shall inherit Your heavenly kingdom Jesus because we belong to You, thank You for loving us. Heal all those sick merciful Father and remove the tide of COVID-19 from the face of the earth. Heal our nation and economy dear Jesus. May Your healing power and revival be felt all over the world. Let all the nations praise You and believe in You Jesus Christ. Amen

Psalms‬ ‭119:9‬ ‭‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

“How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.”

INSIGHT

-The word of God offers counsel to everyone, both the young and the old, men and women, rich and the poor, believers and non believers, Jews and Gentiles. The scripture clearly addresses the youth who are often times faced by many snares, carnal lusts and sensual pleasures. It is a stage of life where peer pressure is at its peak and a majority fall prey to sin. Prominent snares boarder around experimental sins that are sexual in nature, alcoholism and drug abuse, greed for money, rebellion and disobedience to parents and other authorities. Most of the youth suffer from poor knowledge and experience, and burning passions. Therefore, to make pure their course of life, they are called to stand on the word of God. The book of Psalms begins by offering direction saying that, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.” The ways of the sinners sets one to the path of doom but the word of God brings forth success. Luke‬ ‭11:28 reminds us that, “..blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Most often people hear the word of God and do not keep it. We are called to hear God’s word and keep it so that we may be established in Him and abound in His blessings and grace.

PRAYER

Almighty and Everlasting Father we come before You today thanking You for this far that You brought us and the far that You are taking us. You have taken care of us since the time we were born until now, we have seen Your mercy and love. Thank You Father for the good plans You have for our lives, families, youth and nation. Only You are God, only You are worthy to be worshipped and praised. Only You are Holy, only You are the King of kings and Lord of lords. We worship You Jesus and exult Your holy name. We submit all the youth under Your loving hands. All the youth belong to You Jesus. All the youth who have recently closed school, teach them Your ways. All the youth who are still in school, shepherd them in Your counsel. Those who are undertaking their exams, grant them success. All the youth who have been rejected by their parents and relatives, and wander in the streets, grant them Your favor and grace Jesus. All the orphans, have mercy on them. All the youth who are lost in sexual immorality, alcoholism and drug abuse, stealing, lying, disobedience to parents and many other sinful ways, forgive them their sins and return them to Yourself Jesus Christ. Forgive us all merciful Father. Teach them how to fear You Jesus, teach them how to love You and one another, teach them Your laws and establish them in Your word. Grant all of them the gift of salvation merciful Father. Open new opportunities for them to succeed in their purposes. Grant them Your grace dear Master. All glory and honor belongs to You Jesus, now and forever. Amen

Psalms 130:5

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.

INSIGHT

-The word of God is a source of hope to us even when all else fails. The word of God endures forever and it will never fail. It is a compendium of the possibilities in God. Although the Bible has not recorded all the miracles that Jesus performed, it is enough to make us believe and explore the infinite power of Christ. The word of God is what remains when all hope is lost. It is the rock that remains standing when everything else fails. It is better then to hear the word and keep our faith in Him. Difficult times will come and go but the word of God will never fail. When there was no food in the desert; God provided manna and quails. When there was no water God provided water from a rock. When Hagar had lost all hope and ready to die with her son; God provided a well of water. When the widow of Zarephath had only one meal, God restored them with provision. When Jephthah was rejected and thrown out of his mother’s house; he fought mightily for Israel. When the prodigal son had lost hope; his father received him back with love. When Rahab the prostitute had no hope; she was restored into the lineage of Christ. When the woman with the issue of blood had lost hope she touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and was restored. When the Ethiopian Eunuch started reading the Bible, God sent Philip to him and he received salvation. The word of God is the channel of hope in our lives. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that, “those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint”. COVID-19 came and it will come to an end. Our sicknesses and troubles will come to an end when we put our trust in the Lord.

PRAYER

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is in You Lord our God. We wait for You Lord our Savior, our whole being waits, and in Your word we put our hope. We cast all our cares and burdens unto Jesus for You care for us. We cast our sicknesses and trials unto You Jesus, for only in You do we out our trust. We cast our poverty and barrenness unto You Jesus for Your love for us endures forever. We cast our fears and anxieties unto You Jesus, save us merciful Savior. Your word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, show us Your way of salvation we put our trust in You. Deliver us from COVID-19 and all other sicknesses, we humbly implore You Lord. Heal all the sick people in hospital and at home. Heal the sick children dear Jesus. Healing is our portion in You Jesus. Wholeness is our portion in You Jesus. Provide for all those who lack basic provisions merciful Father. Deliver all the street families from the street loving Jesus. Restore all those who are suffering and in prison, dear Jesus. Heal all our wounds and restore us merciful Savior. We put all our trust in You Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We will soar on wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint, for we put all our trust in You Lord. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen

Matthew 7:24-25

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.”

INSIGHT

-Deuteronomy 28 explains the blessings that accompany obedience to God’s commandments and the disasters that come with disobedience. Jesus Christ is our Rock in whom we stand. Without the Rock how can we stand? It is through hearing His word and obeying it that we demonstrate His love, and He loves us, and He comes together with the Father to build their home with us (John 14:23). When trials and troubles come, we should be found standing and never fall. Christ is the bread of life and calls us to believe in Him that we may never thirst nor hunger but have everlasting life.

SUMMARY

The word of God is true and right, and gives life to men. Through it, God speaks to us. All scripture is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness that man should be complete in every good work. The Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of truth guides us in all truth (John 16:13). The word of God is living and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The word of God clearly discusses both good and evil. The entrance of God’s word in our lives gives light and understanding to the simple (Psalm 119:130). God calls us to lay aside all malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and evil speaking, as newborn babes and desire the pure milk of the word, that we may grow. The word of God is Jesus Christ who allows us to interact with Him in all dimensions of life and know His will for us. The word of God is the source of light and there will be no need for the sun and moon for Jesus will be the only source of Light. The word of God became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory. Jesus had to come into the world as fully God and fully Man, so that the will of God may be accomplished. Through His word, God enlightens our hearts and removes all evil. He cautions us from murmuring and complaining which is a pathway to eternal condemnation. The word of God is a weapon against the snares of the devil as it helps us to resist temptations like Jesus did. We are able to flee from the devil through applying the word and he will flee from us. We are called then to read, study, meditate on it and act on it so that we may walk in God’s will. When we interact with the word of God, we gain hope through many stories, parables, promises, covenants, truths and revelations that draw us closer to God and bring us to have faith in Him. God also speaks various promises and seals covenants with us, and reveals our identity in Christ when we believe. The point is that we are called to believe in the word of God so that it may live effectively as the image and likeness of Christ. We are not only called to hear the word of God but to walk in it. We are then able to function in the gifts and the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and apply His word through love in all situations and our callings. Since the just shall live by faith, through believing in Christ we have abundant life in Him that transcends into life everlasting.

PRAYER

You are our Rock Jesus, Your work is perfect. You are our Shield; in You do we put all our trust. All Your ways are just, we praise You and exult Your holy name. Teach us to number our days that we may gain hearts full of wisdom. You are faithful God and in You we find justice. You are Righteous and Upright, we rely on Your wisdom. Teach us Lord to do You will. Plant us on Your living word that we may stand firm in all situations that come our way. Jesus You are the bread of life, draw us to Yourself that we may never thirst nor hunger but have eternal life. Fill us with Your divine wisdom that we may hear Your word and keep it. Teach us to love You and our neighbors as ourselves. Bless us Jesus and increase us. Open many door for us that we may prosper and bear much fruit. We praise You and glorify Your holy name Jesus. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now, and forevermore. Amen
