THEME: DIVINE PROTECTION
John 10:27-28 NKJV
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.”
INSIGHT
–The Lord assures us of ultimate protection that only comes from Him channelled to us His children, who believe in Him and know His voice. God has control over our lives and no evil force has the capacity to exterminate us or cause eternal condemnation.
SUMMARY
God offers us protection when we dwell and abide under His shadow through prayer for He is our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust. He covers us from terror by night, the arrows that fly by day, the pestilence that walks in darkness, the destruction that lays waste at noonday (Psalms 91:1-7). God protects us from and condemns all weapons that are formed against us, every tongue which rises against us in judgment (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord God goes before us, He will always be with us, He will never leave us nor forsake us and calls us never to fear nor be dismayed (Deuteronomy 31:8). God protects us from adverse wickedness cause by strong temptations that we cannot bear but makes a way for escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). God protects us by His precious blood and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). The Holy Spirit has offered us a seal of gurantee by establishing us through Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:21-22).
PRAYER
Abba Father we praise You and honor You, none can be compared to You. May Your grace and peace abound in us always to enable us to accomplish the work that You have called us to do. May You forgive us every sin and iniquity and cleanse us from all evil. May You protect us and preserve us from all evil and guide us in Your will and way of truth, righteousness and justice. May You bless us and keep us Lord, may You shine Your face and be gracious unto us, may You show us Your countenance and give us peace. Amen
