THEME: SALVATION OF THE LORD
Jude 1:3-4 NKJV
“Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.”
INSIGHT
-Believers are reminded to actively defend our faith in the original Christian truth and against secret false teachers who twist God’s grace into sin and reject Jesus Christ. We are exhorted to build up ourselves on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keeping ourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
PRAYER
We praise You O Lord, among the people and sing praises to You among the nations. Your mercy is great above the heavens and Your truth reaches to the clouds. Be exalted O Lord God, above the heavens and Your glory above all the earth. May You heal our land and bless our nation dear Lord Jesus and grant us peace before and after the general elections. May You deliver our nation from poor leadership and governance, and give us righteous leaders. To You Lord God Who alone is wise, Lord our Savior, to You be glory, majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.
