Revelation of the Word:
Revelation of the Word 30/04/2026 Admin
THEME: HOLINESS
1 Thessalonians 4:7-8 NKJV
“For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.”
INSIGHT
–Since we are ambassadors for Christ, we are called to live a holy life and not in impurity, since Christ who knew no sin became sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:20-21). Therefore, we have been justified freely by God’s grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus (Romans 3:22-26).
PRAYER
Oh Lord God Almighty how great are You in the heavens and the earth. Lord You thunder marvelously with Your voice and You do great things which we cannot comprehend. You say to the snow, ‘Fall on the earth’ and to the gentle rain and the heavy rain of Your strength. We thank You dear Lord for Your merciful love that You have offered us by the forgiveness of our sins and iniquities and sanctification through the offering of Your body dear Jesus Christ once for all, and clothing us with Your righteousness. Thank You for Your love and mercy upon us, may You help us and empower us to carry our own cross and to follow You. May You bless us dear Jesus and make us fruitful in every sphere of our lives. Dear Abba Father, righteousness and justice are the foundations of Your throne, may Your righteousness and justice abide in us, in our families, communities and nation in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen
