THEME: GOD’S MERCY
Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJV
“Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.”
INSIGHT
–God’s compassion is priceless and offers rich comfort in realizing that the tender affection of God is not completely spent; but are new every morning. Each dawning day gives us hope in fresh mercies and compassions from God for He is faithful. We need a constant supply of God’s mercies since we are inadequate in nature and we are called to repentance. God invites us to access His grace no matter how bad the past was, we look to the new morning with faith and hope. God’s mercy provides a way for sinners to be forgiven, offering new beginnings.
PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus Your mercies are new each day. We thank You for Your grace and love that never cease. You are faithful dear Lord Jesus, You are Holy and have called us to be holy for You are Holy. Thank You for You are compassionate and kind to us. May You forgive us all our sins and iniquities, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness with Your precious blood. We seek Your mercy and grace each day, we seek You truth and guidance dear Lord Jesus. May You heal all those who are sick in the hospitals and at home, and restore all street families from oppression in the streets. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that is raised against us in judgement we condemn for this is our heritage as Your servants. We worship You and give You praise, and it is Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen
