THEME: VINDICATE ME LORD

Psalms‬ ‭135:14-18

“For the Lord will vindicate his people and have compassion on his servants. The idols of the nations are silver and gold, made by human hands. They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but cannot see. They have ears, but cannot hear, nor is there breath in their mouths. Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.”

INSIGHT
-The Lord delivered the Israelites from Egypt in a quest for freedom, and a call to worship Him. He cautioned the children of Israel from following the way of the Canaanite and other nations who worshipped other foreign gods. In Psalms‬ ‭24:4-6‬, the Lord reminds us saying, those who have clean hands and pure hearts, and do not trust in idols or swear by false gods have the promise of a blessing the Lord God. Those who seek the face of God and not and not idols will be vindicated.

PRAYER
Abba Father You are our Lord and God, we put all our hope and trust in You. Some trust in horses, others trust in chariots but we put our trust in You. There is no other God but You. You are our Rock and Salvation, our Redeemer we praise You and worship You alone. May You vindicate us Your people, and strengthen us. May You vindicate us who worship You and show us Your salvation. May You vindicate us Lord and heal our land. May You allow many people and nations to seek You and know You dear Jesus. May You bless our nation and our leaders. May You bless our churches and make it a source of hope to Your people. May You bless our homes and grant us Your sufficient grace. We honor You and bless Your holy name dear Jesus. We put all our trust in You. Our Father who art in heaven; hallowed be Your name; Your Kingdom come; Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptations but deliver us from evil; for thine is the Kingdom the power and the glory; forever and ever. Amen
