THEME: HUMILITY BEFORE GOD
Matthew 23:12 NKJV
“And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”
INSIGHT
–God calls us to humble ourselves before Him and He will will lift us up. Moses an Egyptian prince refused to be named as Pharaoh’s daughters son and went into the wilderness for 40 years. He was the meekest man of the earth (Numbers 12:3). God lifted him up to lead the Israelites out of slavery and used him as a mighty prophet and lawgiver.
PRAYER
Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Rapha and Jehovah Shalom, we worship You and give You praise. We magnify Your holy name and worship You for You are great and greatly to be praised. We come before You with humility in our hearts that You may forgive us our sins and iniquities, and wash us with Your precious blood. May You fill us afresh Holy Spirit with Your fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self control. We magnify Your name and praise You dear God, in Jesus name we pray. Amen
