Luke 1:37 NIV
“For no word from God will ever fail.”
INSIGHT
–Promise in Greek is written as emunah which means faithfulness and reliability in word and performance. An angel apprared to Mary and delivered the message of the Lord that Mary would bear a Son by the help of the Holy Spirit who would be called the Son of God. Notice that He would become the Son of God in recognizing His divine nature from all eternity and pre-existence before time as the Son of God. The case of Elizabeth is mentioned to inspire Mary with confidence, and to assure her that what was now promised would be fulfilled as a testimony. God is calling us to trust in Him for He will fulfill every prayer and heart desire according to His faithfulness and love.
PRAYER
Abba Father we love You, thank You for loving us first. You are lifted high and exulted for none can be compared to You in all the heavens and the earth. At the mention of Your name dear Lord Jesus, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus You are Lord to the glory of God our Father. We declare that only You dear Lord Jesus deserve to be worshipped and not alla. Only You are God and all the other gods are idols made by human hands and imaginations. We repent for all idolatry and enchantments that have been raised during this season and ask for Your forgiveness, may You cleanse us all with Your precious blood. May You release Your true salvation unto all people, tribes and religions that we may know and acknowledge that only You Jesus are Lord to the glory of God our Father. Your birth dear Jesus inspires hope that none of Your promises to us will ever fail. Lord You are Faithful and Your faithfulness is everlasting. You remain to be Faithful even when we become faithless. You are the same dear Lord Jesus yesterday, today and forever. Your promises to us are yes and amen, Almighty God. None of Your promises towards us can be thwarted dear Lord Jesus and none of Your words will fail. You are so faithful to keep Your promises unto us, all our hope and trust is in You alone Jesus. May You answer today all our prayers and hearts desires. May You do only that which You can do precious Savior. All our hope and trust is in You Jesus. Amen

2 Thessalonians 3:3 NKJV
“But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.”
INSIGHT
–God’s faithfulness ensures our strength and protection from all forms of evil. God has promised to keep us from all harm and watch over our lives. Our Savior loves us and watches over our coming in and going out both now and forevermore (Psalm 121:7-8). God’s protection is constant, guarding us in every moment of our lives.
PRAYER
Lord You are our Rock, in You we take refuge, our Shield and the Horn of our salvation. You are our Stronghold, our Refuge and our Savior, You protect us from violent people and You save us. We call to You Lord for You are worthy of all praise, and have always saved us from our enemies, You have never disappointed us. All glory, honor and praise belongs to You. Have mercy on us our God, have mercy on us and save us from the snares of the evil one and cover us with Your precious blood during the day and at night, for in You we take refuge. We take refuge in the shadow of Your wings until the disaster passes. For sure every disaster will pass our blessings will never cease. Command Your angels concerning us to guard us in all our ways merciful Savior. We give You praise and adore You, and it is in Jesus name we pray. Amen

Matthew 6:31-33 NKJV
“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
INSIGHT
-Jesus encourages us not to worry about our material needs for He is our Provider. The analogy of the birds is given. They do not sow nor reap, nor gather into barns; yet our heavenly Father feeds them. We are reminded that we are more valuable than them and by worrying we cannot add one cubit to our stature (Matthew 6:26-27). Our God calls us to prioritize seeking His kingdom and living righteously, and when we do so, He faithfully provides everything we need.
PRAYER
Abba Father, You are our Father and our Provider. You satisfy our hunger and thirst. We place all our hope and trust in You. Thank You for the daily provision that You have always provided, our eyes look and our hope is in You. Abba Father You are our source; we cannot lack any good thing with You. May You provide for all those who lack their basic needs loving Father. Those who lack school fees, rent, food, shelter and clothing may You supply Abba Father. To all the street families; may You release their provision and settle them in their own homes. Merciful Savior You set the lonely in families, lead out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land, may You have mercy on all Your people. May You train us to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all other things You will add unto us for You are our promise keeping God. May You release all our pending bills and supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. May Your provision overflow into our lives so that we can be a blessing to others. In Jesus mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Romans 1:16-17 NKJV
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
INSIGHT
–God promises salvation to all who believe in His Beloved Son. There is no greater blessing than the free gift of God’s salvation. Belief in Jesus as Lord is central to Christian faith and is considered paramount for salvation. Once we believe with our hearts and confess with our mouth that Jesus has raised from the dead, we receive His salvation (Romans 10:9-10). God promises and releases new life in Christ and propels us to new existence by His power.
PRAYER
Dear Lord Jesus, You are supreme in power and authority, we lift Your name high and acknowledge that only You are God to the glory of God our Father. Jesus You are the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through You. You are the Door to eternal life merciful Savior, may You release Your salvation power to all mankind all over the world. May You anoint us afresh precious Holy Spirit and cause Your revival to impact our lives, colleagues and households with Your salvation power. May You empower us to reach more souls for the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now and forever more. Amen

2 Corinthians 1:20 NKJV
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”
INSIGHT
–Christ is the fulfiller and fulfillment of all promises of God for He is our source. Believer’s promises are then yes and amen, affirmed and confirmed. God promises that His love for us endures forever (1 Chronicles 16:34), and whatever He has promised us shall come to pass for He is faithful in every way. God’s promises are eternal.
SUMMARY
God’s promises are powerful, true and comforting that often gives us encouragement, strength, and hope in life. In Luke 1:37 God reminds us that no word from God will ever fail. In Hebrews 13:5 God promises us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. In Isaiah 40:31 the Lord encourages us that He gives strength to the weary for those who wait on Him shall renew their strength. In Jeremiah 29:11 God reminds us that He has good plans for our lives and a prosperous purpose in our future. In Philippians 4:7 God promises us His peace that surpasses all understanding and will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In 1 John 5:14 the Lord gives us confidence that whatever we ask according to His will, He hears us. In 1 John 1:9 God is faithful and reminds us He forgives us if we confess our sins. In 2 Thessalonians 3:3 tells us that God is faithful to establish us and guard us from the evil one. In Exodus 14:14 God assures us that He will fight for us and we only need to be still. In Matthew 6:31-33 the Lord reminds us to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to us. In Romans 1:16-17 God has promised us His salvation if we believe, for the just shall live by faith. Many are the promises that the Lord has released to us through His word are true and perfect, and we are only called to believe in Him and it shall come to pass.
PRAYER
We love You our Lord and Savior, thank You for loving us first. Lord You are our only true God. You are our living God and everlasting King. You are the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last, our great I Am. We humbly ask that You forgive us our sins and iniquities and wash us with Your precious blood. May You keep us in perfect peace for our minds are steadfast and we trust in You. May all Your promises for us come to fruition in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. May You grant Your true salvation to us and all people dear merciful Savior. Lord may You do exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask of or think of according to the power that is at work in us. Lord we trust in You and exalt You. We believe that You are able to do more than we can think of or imagine. We believe that we shall be extremely fruitful since we abide in You and You in us. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives and we shall dwell in Your house forever. May You bless us and keep us loving Father, may You shine Your face upon us and be gracious to us. May You lift up Your countenance towards us and give us peace. Amen
