THEME: POWER OF SALVATION
John 3:3-6 NKJV
“Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
INSIGHT
–Nicodemus did not clearly understand the salvation grace and the discourse of how to obtain it. Jesus explains that power of salvation comes through a rebirth not through second biological birth but by spiritual birth through faith in Him and the transformational power of the Holy Spirit.
PRAYER
We love You precious Holy Spirit, our God, our Salvation, our Helper, our Comforter, our Guider, our Friend. Thank You for loving us first, for the far that You have brought us and the far that You are taking us. You are so Holy, may You make us holy because You are Holy. May You anoint us afresh and grant us the grace of salvation, together with our households, and the entire world. May You guide us through Your word of life and truth that leads to everlasting life. May You help us and comfort us during challenging times. May You guide us through every decision. May You protect and provide for all the street families in the world and the vulnerable in the society. May Your protection, provision, healing, guidance and sustenance always be our portion. We worship You and give You praise, and it is in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen
