THEME: HEART AFTER GOD

Acts 15:8-9 NKJV

“So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.”

INSIGHT

–Salvation is by grace through faith and not by keeping the law. God demonstrated acceptance of Gentile believers by giving us the Holy Spirit, purifying our hearts, and making no distinction between Jew and Gentile. God has saved us by His grace and the purification through faith in Christ Jesus that our hearts may be aligned to His purposes for every good work.

PRAYER

We extol You our God and King. We bless Your holy name forever and ever. Every day we bless You and praise Your name forever and ever. Great are You Oh Lord and greatly to be praised. Your greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise Your works to another and declare Your mighty acts. We meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wondrous works. Thank You dear Lord Jesus for You have saved us by Your grace through faith and it is not of ourselves but a gift from You. We are Your workmanship, created in You Christ Jesus for good works which You prepared beforehand that we should walk in them, may You help us and enable us by Your divine grace and favor. May You respond to all our needs and hearts desires and guide us with Your eye. We worship You dear Lord Jesus and honor You, and it is in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen
