THEME: GOODNESS OF GOD
Exodus 34:6 NKJV
“And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth,”
INSIGHT
–The goodness of God is a proclamation of His blessings and benefits upon our lives. In Psalms 103:2 we find the advantage of blessing the Lord and not forgetting His benefits. We are called to give God praise for Who He is and what He was done this entire year. God is gracious and merciful, and His mercies endures forever. His goodness overflows upon us and His truth never ceases.
PRAYER
We praise Your name Oh Lord our God with song and magnify You with thanksgiving. You are rich in mercy and slow to anger, we worship You. God You are gracious and compassionate indeed, slow to anger and rich in love, none is like You in all the heavens and the earth. The riches of Your forebearance, longsuffering and enduring goodness leads us to repentance, may You have mercy on us dear Lord Jesus and cleanse us with Your precious blood. We declare today that no weapon forged against us will prevail, and we refute every tongue that accuses us for this is our heritage. Amen
