THEME: POWER AND AUTHORITY
Ephesians 6:10 NKJV
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”
INSIGHT
–We are exhorted to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. He possibly took the idea from 1 Samuel 30:6, where it is said that David strengthened himself in the Lord and in His mighty power.
PRAYER
Dear Abba Father we give You praise for You are the same, yesterday, today and forever. Lord You give power to the weak and to those who have no might You increase in strength. The youth shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fall, but we who wait on the Lord shall renew our strength, we shall mount up with wings like eagles, we shall run and not be weary, we shall walk and not faint. May You enable us dear Lord Jesus to strengthen ourselves with all might, according to Your glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to You Lord our Father. We worship You dear Lord Jesus and we give You praise, and it is in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen
