THEME: GOODNESS OF GOD
Psalms 107:8-9 NKJV
“Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men! For He satisfies the longing soul, And fills the hungry soul with goodness.”
INSIGHT
–One of the attributes of God is His goodness. The nature of goodness means being kind, generous, honest and having integrity. God is good to us His children for He has done wonderful things unto us and He satisfies our souls with His goodness, we are therefore called to continually give Him glory and praise.
PRAYER
We rejoice in You Lord and give You thanks for You are good and deserve all our praise. We sing to You a new song and shout Your praise with joy. Your word is true and right, and all Your work is done in truth. You love righteousness and justice and the earth is full of Your goodness. We worship You and meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and Your wondrous works. We declare Your greatness and utter the memory of Your great goodness. Lord You are gracious unto us, full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy, may You have mercy on us and fulfill all our hearts desires, and Your promises unto us. Dear Lord Jesus Your works shall praise You and all Your saints shall bless You. Amen
