THEME: GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS

Acts 8:1-3 NKJV

“Now Saul was consenting to his death. At that time a great persecution arose against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria, except the apostles. And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him. As for Saul, he made havoc of the church, entering every house, and dragging off men and women, committing them to prison.”

INSIGHT

–Saul was persecuting Christians when he encountered Jesus. He was passionately going about oppressing them until the time when Jesus appeared to him. Jesus was faithful to Paul by ensuring that he lived and served his purpose on earth despite his ignorance and pride. Many are living in ignorance during these perilous times, living in sin and wasting their years. Jesus is both merciful and faithful to us even in our weakness, He shows Himself strong and He gives us a testimony.

PRAYER

Yeshua our salvation we come to You with humility in our hearts thankful to You in every situation and asking for Your mercy. Have mercy on us dear Lord Jesus and on the whole world. May You grant Your grace to all the nations and all people that we may know You more and fear You. May You help us to redeem our time each day, we rely on You. May You help us to serve the purposes that You have created us to achieve like Paul, David, Stephen and other patriarchs. Great is Your faithfilness oh Lord our God. At the mention of Your name, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus You are Lord to the glory of God the Father. May You release Your healing grace to all those who are sick dear Jesus. May You release Your deliverance power unto all those who are tomented, addicted, oppressed and depressed. May You deliver the street families and set them free. May You cover all persecuted Christians all over the world with Your precious blood and grant them victory. May You empower us in Your wisdom and grace, enlighten our steps, and answer all our requests. Amen
