Psalms 112:1-4 NKJV
“Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever. Unto the upright there arises light in the darkness; He is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.”
INSIGHT
–Our God alone deserves to be glorified and exalted, and calls us to awake and keep His commandments, also to take great pleasure in them. Upon the righteous the Lord is their helper and provider who enriches them with wealth and riches for gold and silver belongs to Him. There occurs a great light upon the righteous by God’s grace and compassion and we are called to put our trust in Him alone.
PRAYER
Lord You are Awesome, You are Great, You are Holy Lord. Holy, holy, holy are You Lord God Almighty, who was, who is and who is to come. We worship You and give You praise, we honor You and glorify Your holy name. May You arise Oh Lord in our lives, families, churches, businesses, careers, ministries and nation. Do not cast us off forever and do not hide Your face from us nor forget our affliction and our oppression. Our souls are bowed down to the dust and our bodies cling to the ground. Arise dear Lord Jesus to our help, and redeem us for Your mercies’ sake. We shall not be smitten by the sun during the day nor the moon by the night for put all our trust in You. Lord You shall continually protect us, provide for us and sustain us in Your love and mercy just like You have ever done. Lord may You release and provide for all our needs for gold and silver belongs to You and the cattle on the thousand hills belong to You. We shall not be anxious about anything but in everything in prayer petitions and thanksgiving we let our requests be known to You and Your shall grant us rest in all situations. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now and forever more. Amen
