Psalm 8:1
O Lord, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens!
INSIGHT
-The works of creation in the whole universe bespeak & proclaim that there is an infinite Being, the fountain of all being, power & perfection; the sovereign Ruler, powerful Protector & bountiful benefactor of creatures all over the earth. Since the creation of the world, His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, His eternal power & Godhead, that all creatures may glorify Him alone & gain wisdom (Rom 1:20-22). When we praise & thank God, we declare & acclaim His majesty upon all created things, by Whom is all love & confidence.
PRAYER
How excellent is Your name Oh Lord our King, the creator of heaven & earth. You are full of compassion & love, we bless You. You are worthy of all glory, honor, power & praise, hear our prayers & settle our hearts. We give You thanks. Amen
