THEME: CHRIST IN ME

Galatians 2:20-21

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

INSIGHT

-God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God (1 Cor 5:21). This is righteousness that God imputed unto us through grace when Christ became sin so that we may be free. The deeds of the flesh have then been crucified with Christ and we have been sanctified with the blood of Jesus and called to live holy lives. If Christ lives in us, we have confidence through faith in Him that we shall live with Him forever. Jesus did not leave us orphan but gave us a Helper just like Him to dwell in us always. We should therefore be aware of the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives and not grieve Him; for our bodies are His temples. As we begin this new month, let us acknowledge God’s presence in our lives and have faith that our prayers have been answered through faith. If it is no longer us who live but Christ lives in us, then we are more than conquerors in all things.

PRAYER

Lord You have a mighty arm and strong is Your hand, and high is Your right hand. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne, mercy and truth go before Your face. Thank You Abba Father for You are good and Your mercies endures forever. Thank You for giving us the opportunity to start this new month in good health. Thank You for taking us through the months of January and February in safety, we rest secure in You. All glory and honor belongs to You. Father You have said in Your word that if My people who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. We humbly come to Your feet Jesus asking for Your mercy and grace. We repent of all our sins and humbly ask that You forgive us and cover us with Your precious blood. Heal our nation from political, social, moral, financial and economic turmoil and prosper us in every good thing. Help us to realize that we have been crucified with You Christ and it is not us who live but You Who lives in us. We ask for Your divine direction this whole month, may Your presence go before us Lord and make all the crooked paths straight. Guide us Holy Spirit in all our going out and coming in and may Your purpose prevail in our lives, families and nation. We ask for Your divine protection for each person in our nation and healing for all those who are sick and suffering. All glory, honor and blessings belong to You Jesus now and forever. Amen

Blessed Week
