Ephesians 5:14-17
Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
INSIGHT
-In Prov 16:9, A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps.
-Apostle Paul says that we should awake from sleep, arise from those who lack vision, walk in light & understand the will of God. Redeeming time in this context means taking control of our time since everyone in the world has 24 hours in a day, the difference is how we use it. Therefore, we should make plans in line with our passion/gifts, submit them to the Lord & He will ordain our steps.
PRAYER
We submit all our plans to You Father, as we start a new year. Lead us in Your light to redeem time, walk in wisdom & do Your will. Amen
