Theme : AUTHORITY
Romans 13:1-2
Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.
INSIGHT
-Apostle Paul writes that every authority comes from God & everyone should submit to the authorities otherwise they bring judgment upon soul.
-God is the only authority as all dominion comes from Him.
-Wives submit to your husbands, youth submit to your parent’s/elders, employees submit to your employers, citizens submit to the government & authorities submit to the Lord.
-In conclusion, everyone should submit to God; as this is His will.
PRAYER
Lord Jesus, You are the only authority. Lead & direct the governments all over the world in Your way. Give us wisdom & understanding to submit to the relevant authorities as we look to You for obedience is better than sacrifice. All power & dominion belongs to You Lord, forever. Amen.
