1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
INSIGHT
-Apostle Paul writes that the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which was procured at a price by the death of Jesus Christ. For He died & His soul saved our souls(which is in the blood) from death by His blood.
-We should glorify the Lord in body & spirit by praying, praising God & remaining pure through redemption by His blood.
-The body & spirit belongs to God as we are custodians in waiting for the eternal life where our souls go to heaven.
PRAYER
Holy trinity one God, I glorify & praise You in body & spirit. Thank you for Your love & the sacrifice that You made to redeem my soul. Holy Spirit elevate my spirit & strengthen my temple where You reside. Amen
