Ephesians 4:31-32
‘Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.’

-Paul condemns resentment, wrath, anger, hostility, evil speaking and malice.
-Paul therefore advocates for kindness, tenderness, forgiveness as Christ forgave us.
PRAYER
God my Father, have mercy on me a sinner. Depart any bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speech and malice from my heart and instill kindness, tenderness, love & forgiveness in me. Help me to forgive others seventy times seven times for Your glory just as Your son Jesus Christ forgave us. Amen.
