Genesis 2:6-7
but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground. And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
INSIGHT
-In Hebrew the body is written as gviyah & it means flesh, bone, matter, corpse
-Man of dust of the ground was formed after mist watered the ground & God’s breath formed the spirit giving the body life.
-In Psalm 1:3, He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. A righteous man is likened to a tree planted by the rivers where resources are drawn from watered ground where Christ is the living water. This was the position Adam was formed before sin came to the world but Christ got us back to the original position.
PRAYER
Lord Jesus, thank you for the gift of life. Protect us from any form of danger & give us good health. Plant us by the rivers so that our leaf will never wither, we will bear fruit in abundance & whatever we do prospers. Amen
