Peter 5:5-6
Submit to God, Resist the Devil Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.
INSIGHT
-God resists the proud therefore we should submit to Him in humility.
-We should show humility to one another so that we can live in peace, love & harmony amongst ourselves.
-Humility in the Lord yields all good things in due time.
PRAYER
Abba Father, I seek your humility & grace today. Give me humility so that I can submit to You fully & be humble to those in authority, my loved ones & all mankind. Father, You are full of humility, mercy & love do not depart from me but give me the power to resist the devil. Father, Your Name be lifted & glorified forever. Amen.
