By humility and the fear of the Lord Are riches and honor and life.
INSIGHT
-King Solomon wrote that the humble & those who fear God will inherit riches & honor & life (which he had).
-Humility is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, which pleases both God & man, and in turn repels strife, anger, disagreement & shame.
-Humility coupled with the fear of the Lord bring forth riches, honor, long life & life in Christ.
PRAYER
Lord my Father, have mercy on me. I seek your humility today; hear my prayer. Search my heart & uproot all that displeases You & fill it with humility & the fear of You. With humility & fear of Your Name comes riches, honor & life; which I also ask of You. Amen.
