RESSURECTION

Matthew 28:5-6 But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

INSIGHT -Jesus was crucified died & resurrected on the 3rd day. -The angel of the Lord confirmed this to the women when they found Jesus tomb empty. -His resurrection is the foundation of our Christian faith.

-Through one man’s sin Adam sin entered the world & through one man Jesus salvation came into the world (Romans 5:17). -Jesus resurrection affirms our Christian faith that through the power of Christ over death; we are free from any type of sin, fear & bondage.

PRAYER: Jesus Christ, thank You for dying for my sins & revealing  to us Your power over death through resurrection. Cleance me of all my sins; Lord. Give me firmer faith through my Christian life to put my complete trust in You. Father send me Your guardian angels to guard & protect me against the snares of the evil one. All Glory, honor, praise & power belong to You Jesus. Amen.

John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

INSIGHT -Jesus spoke to Martha, the sister of Lazarus who at the time was dead. -Jesus demonstrated His power over death before His crucifixion, death & resurrection by raising Lazarus. -Jesus affirms the belief of his followers & assures us of life after death & eternity.

PRAYER: Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the resurrection & the life. I believe that You raised from the dead to fasten my faith in You. I share in Your resurrection & life through my Christian life. Give me firmer faith to believe in Your works & teachings. I pray this believing & trusting in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.

Isaiah 25:8 He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken.

INSIGHT -Prophet Isaiah had prophesied the resurrection of Jesus. -Christ’s resurrection will result to joy, peace & an act of  overcoming death. -This resurrection means overcoming all the snares of satan on earth among all human beings in Christ Jesus. -In Hebrew Resurrection is written as Anastasis which means raise up. Y’shua(Jesus) died for our sins & rose up to strengthen our faith which brought about salvation in the world.

PRAYER: Y’shua, You are the Alpha & Omega, the beginning & the end. Thank You for putting to an end all tears from my face & all my rebukes. Wash me with Your precious blood. Strengthen my heart in faith by Your resurrection & deliver me from all temptations & difficulties. I magnify & praise Your name forever & ever. Amen.

1 Corinthians 15:22-23 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.

INSIGHT -By the first man Adam sin came into the world & by Christ sin was no more by His death & resurrection. -Christ was Consecrated the firstfruit & at the 1st resurrection believers (saved) will live forevermore (Rev 20:6). -Non believers will be judged in the 2nd resurrection in that order (Rev 20:10).

PRAYER: Jesus Christ I believe & trust in You. Forgive me of all my sins & iniquities. By You Lord; I am made alive & believe that my name is in the book of life. I thank You & bless Your Holy Name forever, forever & ever. Amen.

John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

INSIGHT -Jesus gives the key to everlasting life; which is the will of God. That everyone who believes in Him will be raised on the last day. -When we believe in Christ we see Him in our daily lives as He provides food, shelter, clothing, health, security, wealth, hope & takes away our sorrows, fears, anxiety & all sorts of problems.

PRAYER: Jesus Christ, I believe that You are the Son of God who was sent to save all humanity. I also believe that You are God. Thank you for providing for my various needs, wants, provisions of this life & taking away all my problems. I believe that You will raise me up at the last day in eternity. I give You all the praise, honor & glory forever. Amen.
