THEME: POWER AND AUTHORITY

Luke 10:19 NKJV

“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

INSIGHT

–During the great commissioning, Jesus give the disciples the power to take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover” (Mark 16:18). It is in the same wavelength that we have received the power and authority to trample over all snakes and scorpions having the reasurance that nothing shall harm us.

PRAYER

We praise You Oh Lord our God and give thanks to You, for You are good and Your mercies endures forever. Who can utter Your mighty acts Oh Lord. Who can declare all Your praises. Blessed are those who keep justice and do righteousness at all times. May You remember us O Lord, with the favor You have toward us Your people. May You visit us with Your salvation, that we may see the benefit of Your chosen ones, that we may rejoice in the gladness of Your nation and glory with Your inheritance. Dear Lord Jesus we have sinned with our fathers and committed iniquity, we have done wickedly, may You forgive us and cleanse us with Your precious blood. May You cover us with Your hedge of fire, bless the work of our hands and increase us in every sphere of our lives. May You heal all those who are sick and suffering and deliver them with Your righteous right hand. We declare that no weapon fashioned against us shall prosper and every tongue that has been raised against us You shall condemn for this is our heritage and our righteousness is from You. Amen
