THEME: HUMILTY BEFORE GOD

Matthew 5:3 NKJV

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

INSIGHT

–Humility of heart before God and our Father is a calling to inherit His heavenly kingdom. Those who are humble as portrayed through a poor and submitted spirit will be lifted in the proper time and season (1 Peter 5:6). Therefore when we submit to God, he turns our infirmities into victory, persecution to freedom, sickness to wholeness, sadness to joy and weaknesses to strength.

PRAYER

Dear Almighty Father we come before You Lord with humble adoration. You are our only God we honor You. We bless Your holy name for You are God and none can compare to You. We thank You for this far that You brought us and the far that You are taking us. We count our blessings and name them one by one. We love You dear Lord Jesus, thank You for loving us first. We seek Your face today that we may see You for we seek You with all our hearts. As a dear pants for brooks of water so our souls thirst for You our living God. We seek You with poor spirits that You may fill us afresh precious Holy Spirit and grant us the grace to inherit Your heavenly kingdom. We call upon You dear Lord Jesus and pray to You and You shall answer us for You are faithful. May heal all those who sick among us, restore those who are waiting on You, provide for all our needs, protect us from every plan of the enemy, grant the gift of salvation to those who are lost, make a way for us to prosper even where there seems to be no way and grant peace to all the war-torn countries. We thank You for the plans that You have for us, plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. Amen
