Psalm 100:2-5
Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.
INSIGHT
-Blessing the Lord signifies praise, worship, adoration & thanksgiving. It is important to revere, respect & magnify Him for He created us, takes cares of us, protects us from harm, keeps us in good health, provides for our needs, guides our steps, keeps our families in love, ensures our country is peaceful & the list is endless. When we bless the Lord in our joys & troubles we recognise that He is all powerful & will accomplish all our hearts desires; for He searches our hearts & in His own time will make all things perfect.
PRAYER
We bless You Lord & magnify Your holy name. You are the King of kings & Lord of lords; the creator of heaven & earth & all that is in it. You are worthy to receive all glory, honor, praise & power for You are the alpha & omega, the beginning & the end, the first & the last. Your mercy is everlasting & Your truth endures forever. Amen
