Romans 6:15-18  
Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
INSIGHT

-We were slaves to sin through the weakness of flesh but became slaves to righteousness through Christ. We are called to righteousness through renewal of the mind; which is mental slavery, so that we can avoid perpetual sins. Grace is upheld in righteousness much more in His obedience through Christ our Lord.
PRAYER

We are perfected through obedience in Your word & righteousness in You Father. Cleanse & strengthen us to abide in You as You abide is us which is life. We thank You for this far You have taken us & for Your everlasting love for us. Amen
