Genesis 1:1-2 NKJV
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.”
INSIGHT
–Bara is the Hebrew word for create, make and build. This delivers the intentionality, showing that God crafted the universe with purpose and precision. Science attributes the creation narrative to the big bang theory, which has not actual foundation and evidence. In Latin ex nihilo implying that God did not use any pre-existing materials but spoke all matter into existence. God is our Creator and Source of all life. God is the architect of the universe and the all-powerful Father who brought everything into existence. This theme emphasizes God’s nature as a loving and purposeful Creator, who crafted everything with care and intention.
PRAYER
Abba Father You are our Father, and we do not have any other God apart from You. You are our Only God and Creator of the heavens and the earth, and everything that is in it. We give You praise and adoration for Your goodness and glorious splendor. You are our Almighty God, our Source and Sustainer. Your sovereignty is evident from the creation of the heavens, earth and entire universe, all creation give You praise. We thank You for enabling to see this day and begin a new week and month in peace. Thank You for Your grace and power upon our lives. We pray for Your favor and grace upon our lives that we may do exploits according to Your divine purpose. May You continue in Your work of creation through us Your children. We pray for our nation that You make help and elevate us economically, financially, politically and spiritually. We pray for the nation of USA as they prepare to vote tomorrow that only Your will may be done as it is in heaven. We pray for peace in Israel and victory in all their affairs in Christ Jesus. We pray this believing and trusting in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Genesis 1:26-27 NKJV
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
INSIGHT
-These scriptures provide a profound spiritual foundation for understanding humanity’s nature and purpose. They convey that human beings are created with a unique identity in God’s image, called to live in a way that mirrors His divine qualities. This calling to steward creation responsibly and live in harmonious relationship with others forms a key part of God’s intended purpose for each one of us. This is a continuous process as creation eagerly waits for the revelation of the sons of God (Romans 8:18-23). Our relationship with God that is then deeply rooted in gratitude, stewardship and reverence for Him and His purpose for us.
PRAYER
You are Yahweh dear Lord Jesus, Alpha and Omega the Beginning and the End, the First and Last, God Almighty. Thank You for creating us in Your image and likeness to become like You Jesus. We humbly ask that You renew our minds and our hearts that we may hear Your voice and always do Your will. May You anoint us afresh dear Lord Jesus and align us with Your divine purpose. May You forgive us all our sins and iniquities dear Jesus and wash us with Your precious blood. Lord Jesus You remind us to call unto You and You will answer us and show us great and mighty things that we do not know. May You open doors for us dear Lord Jesus that no one can shut, and close every evil door that no one can open before us and our descendants. We dedicate all the candidates who are sitting their final exams unto You dear Father that You help them and grant them good success. We pray for the USA elections Abba Father which are being conducted today that You may give them a righteous ruler for the people and the nation. May Your righteousness reign in our nation and all the nations of the world dear Lord Jesus. We pray this believing and trusting in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Nehemiah 9:6 NKJV
“You alone are the Lord; You have made heaven, The heaven of heavens, with all their host, The earth and everything on it, The seas and all that is in them, And You preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You.”
INSIGHT
-The monotheism declared by the people through the leadership of prophet Nehemiah describes God as the only one who created everything in the heavens and on earth. They empathize that God is the sole Creator and Sustainer of the universe, highlighting the various aspects of creation including the heavens, the earth and the seas. We are reminded of God’s unmatched power as the Creator, Sustainer and Sovereign Lord. We are inspired to offer our worship, gratitude and reverence, serving as a call to acknowledge God’s supreme authority and to place our trust in Him.
PRAYER
Praise God all His angels. Praise God all His hosts. Praise God sun and moon. Praise God all stars of light. Praise God highest heavens and the waters that are above the heavens. Worthy are You our Lord and our God to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things and because of Your will they exist and were created. All the gods of the peoples are idols but You our Lord and God made the heavens and the earth. Only You are worthy of our highest praise, hosanna in the highest praise. We worship You dear Lord God Almighty, Maker of the heavens and the earth. We praise You for You are Good and Your mercies endures forever. Thank You for Your grace and mercy upon our lives. Thank You for Your loving kindness upon us. We shall not be anxious about anything but we shall give thanks to You always. We shall mount up with wings like angles, we shall walk and not grow weary, we shall run and not grow faint for all our hope and trust is in You dear Lord Jesus and only You satisfy our hearts. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now and forever more. Amen

Colossians 1:16-17 NKJV
“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.”
INSIGHT
–Apostle Paul outlines that Christ is not a created being but the divine agent through whom the cosmos was brought into being. He clarifies that Jesus’ creative power extends over both the material/visible and spiritual/invisible realms. This includes everything that we see including the natural world and those we only see with our spiritual eyes including the angelic beings and spiritual forces. God also created the universe and everything in it, including the stars, moon, sun, galaxies, planets which some we do not know exist. Therefore this is a reason to praise and worship the Lord for He alone is worthy.
PRAYER
O Lord our Lord, how excellent is Your name in all the earth. Who have set Your glory above the heavens. Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, because of Your enemies, that You may silence the enemy and the avenger. May You fight for us every battle dear Lord Jesus and shield us with Your precious blood. We declare that no weapon fashioned against us shall prosper and no tongue that has been raised against us shall prevail. When we consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained. You made the moon, stars and the sun, the galaxies and the entire universe, how great are You in all the heavens and the earth. You made the earth by Your power and established the world by Your wisdom. Many are the plans in our hearts but You are the one who orders our steps, may You order our steps dear Jesus Lord and guide us in the way that we should go. May You offer help and deliverance to all those who are suffering in the world including the orphans, widows, fatherless and all the street families. By Your understanding You have stretched out the heavens. You caused the clouds to ascend from the end of the earth and made lightning for the rain and brought out the wind from Your storehouses. How awesome are You our Lord and God. We honor You and give You praise, and it is in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen

Revelation 21:1-5 NKJV
“Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
INSIGHT
-The hope of the renewal and restitution of all things had been long cherished. The sea, often symbolic in biblical literature of chaos, danger, and separation, is no more, possibly represents the end of forces hostile to God’s purposes and the final eradication of evil and disorder. These scriptures introduce the concept of a new heaven and a new earth, where the old creation, marred by sin and suffering, has passed away, signifying God’s complete renewal of the cosmos and the second coming of Jesus Christ.
SUMMARY
Creation expresses God’s character and power. God displayed His sovereignty and rulership though creation. He displayed His power by creating the world with His spoken Word. God created all and revealed Himself to all. Thus, all of us who know Him personally and put their trust in Him. God created the heavens and the earth in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth by His Spirit who was hovering over the face of the waters (Genesis 1:1-2). God created us in His own image and likeness and gave us dominion over the fish of the sea, birds of the air, cattle, and all the earth (Genesis 1:26-27). God created the heavens and the earth, the seas and all sea creatures (Nehemiah 9:6). God created the visible and invisible things, thrones and dominions, principalities and powers (Colossians 1:16-17). God alone is worthy of praise for creating the heavens and the earth and all creation and everything that has breath praises Him (Psalm 150:6).
PRAYER
Almighty Father we enthrone You and exult Your holy name. You alone are worthy and able. Nothing is too hard for You. You are lifted high above every throne, principality, power, dominion and ruler. You are exulted above all the heavens and the earth. You are Yahweh, Alpha and Omega. We lift Your name high Oh God Almighty. May You wash us with Your precious blood and sanctify us through and through dear Jesus. May You open double doors for us and grant us peace and prosperity in every sphere of our lives. May You bless us abundantly so that in all things at all times having all that we need, we may abound in every good work. May You bless us and keep us dear Jesus. May You shine Your face towards us and be gracious unto us. May You show Your countenance unto us and give us peace. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with us now and forevermore. Amen.
