Psalms 65:11 NKJV
“You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance.”
INSIGHT
–It is always proper to appreciate God and give thanks to Him for His grace upon us and His abundant blessings. The psalm acknowledges God as the creator of the heavens and the earth and everything in it. God also forgives our sins, answers our prayer, governs the earth and provides rain, harvest, and fertility. It is prudent to thank God for taking us through the better part of the year and bestowing upon us His goodness and abundance as our source.
PRAYER
We give thanks to You Lord for Your goodness and Your wonderful works to us. We thank You for blessings us and keeping us in Your presence and grace for the better part of this year. Thank You for loving us and taking care of us as our source of all good things. Every good gift and perfect gift is from You Lord, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Dear Lord Jesus, You satisfy the longing of our souls and fill the hungry soul with goodness. May You grant success to all those who are undertaking their national exams and show them Your ways. May Your goodness and mercy follow us all the days of our lives and we shall dwell in Your house forever and ever, amen.
