THEME: DESTINY RE-ALIGNERS
Galatians 3:13
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”
INSIGHT
-The curse of the law brought death until Christ came to redeem and set us free. For instance, Coniah, Jeconiah or Jehoiachin; was cursed and cast out together with his descendants (Jeremiah 22:28-30). All his children died in the captivity, and none could succeed him on the throne. He was the last legitimate king of Judah as traced in Matthew 1:11-16 until the birth of Jesus Christ. Such is the love that God demonstrated to us for when we were still sinners, Jesus died on the cross for us. He became sin so that we may become the righteousness of God. God has made us His children and legitimate kings and priests so that we may rule on earth. We therefore need to have strong faith in Him for His name is our strong tower, and when we run into it we are safe. Christ is our destiny re-aligner. He is able to do what no man can do. Whatever challenges that we might be going through, Jesus is able to deliver us from them all. Whatever ambitions or plan that we have, Christ is able to perfect everything that concerns us for the glory of His name.
PRAYER
We cast our eyes on You Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. We look to You in our situations and we have the sure hope that You are worthy and able to do great and mighty things in our lives. We cast all our burdens unto You Jesus for You care for us. May You break every chain that comes to delay or hinder our progress. May You fight for us all our battles and renew our strength. We commit all our works unto You for You shall establish our plans. Lord You shall perfect all that concerns us. Your lovingkindness is everlasting, great is Your faithfulness Oh Lord our God. May You bless the work of our hands and make us fruitful dear Jesus. May You teach us to number our days, so that we may obtain hearts of wisdom. We love You Lord, thank You for loving us first. Thank You for dying in the cross for our sins. Thank You for redeeming us with Your blood. Thank You for loving us dear Jesus. May You cover us with Your precious blood, and make us whole in You according to Your divine purposes. Amen
Blessed Thursday
